Just sky q nothing else. It does seem to be more evident after the last software update. Over the last 3 years I got a 30% reduction in cost but more content to watch. The new remote supplied also keep disconnecting and will not rejoin back to the mini (and before anyone says - i know how to factory rest the controller and link it back) just says unsuccessful. I am always amazed by the number of knockers and detractors, is BT Better?, is Virgin better. The pandemic is forcing the workforce to work from home and do we are all using our home services more, secondly reliability wise if 99.5% of all customers are experiencing no problems it's a success.

Two and a half hours later after lots of resetting etc, system stable mess showing good stability and all gree on his app10 minutes after he left, it went down again and I haven't been able to get it back up Just for clarity, the only things connected to the sky router at this time at the sky hub and the minis- its not an interference issue - it is a problem with this equipment and I have deep suspicions its Q112. sky q has problem with internet!!! While this is happening it seems Q is not working as downloads just hang and don't seem to be downloading.In summary their response was ,congestion here is your £20.No doubt there are some technical issues and it's to be expected for a number of reasons. I imagine some routers are not coping with a family possibly being online all at one and cant provide the needed data rates as many dont have QoS or great signal spreads and Sky Q boxes tend not to be high up in great signal range I imagine. You usually get two types of posts on support forums like this one; general queries and problems. Broadband If it is downplayed, it will never be looked into. Just sky q nothing else.
